Participating as a business exhibitor at the annual Harvard Fall Festival is a great way to compliment your existing promotional campaign while at the same time contributing to various local charities in multiple communities. The best part is that all net proceeds are donated 100% to Harvard Lions designated charities with the majority going to fund the international chartered vision and hearing related activities. Talk about win – win !

The Festival has a 18 year heritage and has evolved into a “can’t miss” event in Harvard and surrounding towns drawing approximately 7,000 attendees over the two day period. The event is tailored to people of all ages and includes a craft fair, kids’ corner, medieval games pavilion, continuous live music, fireworks show, Bonfire, Classic cars show and a featured KCBS & NEBS sanctioned state championship barbecue cook-off.

In addition to the existing large mainstream following the event enjoys, we also provide aggressive pre-event advertising and kick the weekend off with our traditional Friday night Battle of The Bands for added exposure.

Being a Festival exhibitor provides the ability to directly interface with a targeted local audience and the fall season is the perfect time to address holiday needs.  We offer an 11 x 11 foot space with the option to rent a tent to protect your products/services from the elements. The event presents a wonderful opportunity for businesses that provide any kind of service – particularly those that can be openly demonstrated to an eager crowd.  Additionally, product displays have been very successful in the past with many folks collecting orders in advance of the holiday season.  Some examples of applicable service companies are in the areas of; Health, Mortgages, Insurance, Banking, Home & Garden and Travel while product oriented companies can promote; Automobiles, Household goods, Lawn & Garden equipment, Food goods and Sports & Entertainment.

In order to maintain our long standing craft fair format, we cannot accommodate any businesses that may conflict with those vendors (i.e. jewelry, clothing) however we welcome the opportunity to speak with you to make a fair determination.
